Symphony Backstage Experience (ASIA) TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. You have purchased the concert ticket for our show.
1．您已购买我们的演唱会的门票。

2. You are responsible for the accuracy of your email address and phone number, since that is how we will communicate with you.

3. All activities will start promptly. You agree that failure to show up promptly at the designated time/place will result in your missing that portion of the event. No refunds will be offered for latecomers or no-shows.
3．所有活动将会准时开始。您同意，如果因您个人原因在指定地点的晚到而导致您在此活动中此部分的缺席，我们将不对迟到或缺席者提供退款。

4. You will not do anything to disrupt the safety or enjoyment of the event, including being under the influence of drugs/alcohol, or the display of aggressive behavior. You agree to follow the instructions given by Sarah Brightman's organization, as well as staff members of the venue, and security personnel, at all times. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant from the event. No refunds of any kind will be issued in such cases.
4．您将不做任何扰乱此次活动安全及享乐的事情，包括以药物或酒精影响别人或显示挑衅行为。您同意听从Sarah Brightman主办方，会场工作人员及安全部门人员的指示。我们保留在此次活动中拒绝或排除任何参加者入场的权利。此种情况下将无任何退款。

5. If we cancel or change the date of the event, we will notify you via email or phone. We will refund your money, or offer you the opportunity to exchange the package for the new date. The refund will be paid to you in the same way and in the same currency that you used to pay for the package.
5．如果我们取消或更改活动日期，我们将通过邮件或电话通知您。我们会退回您的付款或提供给您一个更改到新日期活动的机会。退款将以跟您购买时相同的付款方式及货币种类退给您。

6. EXCEPT AS STATED IN (4) ABOVE, PACKAGES PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SITE CANNOT BE CANCELED AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

7. NOTE TO MINORS: If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must make the purchase for you. Children are welcome to attend the event, but they must be accompanied by an adult if they are under the age of 15. There are no discounts for children; children (any age) pay the same price as adults.
7．未成年人注意事项：如果您是未成年人，您的父母或法定监护人必须为您购买。欢迎儿童参加此次活动，但15岁以下儿童需由成人陪同。对儿童没有折扣。儿童票价跟成人相同。

8. NOTE TO DISABLED PARTICIPANTS: If you need special assistance, please do not purchase the package until you have emailed us at tickets@emma.cn, so that we may assess if we can meet your needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVING FROM US  您将从我们这里得到的

1. Upon completion of your payment, you will receive a Backstage Experience Voucher, We can either deliver it to you, or you can come to the TM box offices for pickup.

2. We will send you the liability waiver, together with the ticket, for you to sign and to bring to our backstage experience.

3. On the day of the concert, we will be handing you your exclusive "BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE PASS", which is what you'll need to go backstage with us!

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PROFILE/CONTACT INFO  怎样更新您的个人及联系信息

Upon on purchasing, you must ensure that you provide your personal the following personal information:

The full names of ALL participants. If the names are missing, we will be unable to issue Vouchers. If they are inaccurate, the person may be turned away at the venue.

The cellphone you will have with you AT THE SHOW itself. If you are late to the meeting point, this is the number we will call in an attempt to find you, but we will leave promptly at the designated time regardless. IMPORTANT: REMEMBER TO TURN YOUR CELPHONES BACK ON RIGHT AFTER THE SHOW!

Your seat locations -- Because the Experience participants are seated in different places, this info is helpful in case we need to locate you. Please let us know if your seats are on the FLOOR, LOWER STANDS, and MIDDLE STANDS OR UPPER STANDS. If you are concerned about being able to make it to the post-show meeting place in time, please let us know.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE  暂定计划

NOTE: This is to be used as a guideline only; please check back here closer to the concert date for updates.

PRE-SHOW MEETING TIME: The Backstage Experience begins promptly 120 minutes prior to start of the concert. Please arrive an extra 30 min prior to that to check in.
演唱会开始前见面时间：后台体验活动将在演唱会开始前120分钟开始，我们建议您再提前30分钟到达来登记签到。

PRE-SHOW MEETING LOCATION: Due to the different locations of the China show, our staff will contact you soon regarding the specific place to meet. Look for Siew May Chin at the meeting place; she will usually have a large vinyl sign with the Backstage Experience logo on it.
演唱会开始前见面地点：我们的工作人员会在近期电话通知您见面地点。现场集合地点请寻找Siew May Chin，她将举有“演唱会后台体验活动“塑料标识版。

POST-SHOW MEETING TIME: As soon as the concert ends. From the time the house lights go on, we will wait for a maximum of 15mins for everyone to gather.

POST-SHOW MEETING LOCATION: Same location as before the show.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE EVENT  您需要带到此活动的东西

On the day of the show, the following will have to be presented in order to collect your BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE pass:

a) ONE FOR EACH PERSON: Voucher

b) ONE FOR EACH PERSON: Signed liability waiver
